If you have any issues with the phpBB Forum software operation, this is something over which the volunteer Forum admins have no control. In order to get any such issues looked into, can you please raise a Support Ticket directly with Exetel. The Sys Admins need all such issues (and their resolution) to be recorded for future reference and the appropriate way to do this is by utilising the existing ticket system.
Once you have raised a support ticket for Forum software issues, if you don't hear back in a few days PM me with the ticket number and I can escalate it for you.
