I have updated the default Forum time to reflect that Daylight Saving Time (for NSW, ACT, Vic, Tas and SA, anyway) is now in effect.
If your Forum account shows the non-Daylight Saving Time, check that you have the correct setting in your User Control Panel, as follows: User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> Edit global settings -> Summer Time/DST is in effect = Yes.
